FOR POINT PLEASANT MAYOR

Bill Borowsky

Meet-Bill-Borowsky

Truthful and Trustworthy, Bill Borowsky Is Running to Be a Mayor Who Listens and Puts Point Pleasant Over Politics.

Bill is a business owner, community leader, and public servant who has called Point Pleasant home since 1992.

A lifelong resident of the Point Pleasant area, Bill graduated from Point Pleasant Beach High School in 1981, and in 1983 Bill began living his version of the American Dream as a successfully self-employed entrepreneur, opening his first farm market in Howell, New Jersey.

Bill continues to own and operate Nature's Reward Farm Market which offers locally grown produce and products to Point Pleasant residents seeking the highest quality and healthy foods to serve their friends and families.

During its 24 years of operation, Nature’s Reward has become a cherished fixture in Point Pleasant, not only for the goods it provides but also for supplying hundreds of local jobs and numerous contributions to not for profits and other community organizations. Bill has developed a policy of never telling anyone “No” when they ask for help.

Bill’s passion for community support runs deep. A father of two, Bill believes youth athletics are foundational in forming lifelong healthy habits. In recognition of this need, he helped found the Point Boro Wrestling Club, volunteering his time and coaching for the first eight years following the club’s inception. Additionally, Bill helps fundraise for Dottie’s House.

Bill raised his family, built his business, and made a life in Point Pleasant. The Point has been good to Bill, and he was inspired to enter public service to give back to a community that gave so much to him, joining the Point Pleasant Borough Council in 2012.

Bill believes in getting things done on behalf of the people he serves, and he is proud of his record as a Point Pleasant Councilman, where he worked to control municipal property taxes while securing millions in grant dollars to offset these tax savings, helping Point Pleasant earn a historically high credit rating and saving taxpayers money.

To increase government accountability, transparency, and efficiency for residents, Bill supported overhauling Point Pleasant’s website to provide access to important information and services.

Committed to preserving Point Pleasant as a healthy, clean, and safe environment for all residents, but especially young families, Bill helped enhance our beaches and roads, upgrade sewers to prevent flooding, and spearheaded the rehabilitation of Heritage Park.

With a focus solely on the future of Point Pleasant and our residents, as Mayor, Bill Borowsky will work to ensure Point Pleasant continues to be a top place to reside, work, and start your business in.

Vote Bill Borowsky for a better Boro.
